This beautiful owl stool table has been lovingly carved from one solid piece of monkey pod wood. With superb detail all around, it is a beautiful piece which can be used as a stool, side table, plant stand or just a stunning ornamental piece.
The Monkey Pod collection features many interesting and unusual items, all handmade from the Chiang Mai region of Northern Thailand. Each piece is made from plantation monkey pod wood, a part of the Acacia tree family.
Each piece has been sourced through fair trade means - our supplier of Thai pieces ensures that the local craftsman that make these items are paid a fair wage and a good relationship has developed as a result.
