Who we are 

We are a small family run retailer specialising in offering quality solid wood furniture. Starting in 2001, we opened our shop in Lichfield, Staffordshire in a beautiful grade 2 listed 17th century building with oak beams and low ceilings.  Originally focused on handmade Indian jali furniture. Soon we expanded our furniture ranges and styles and a wide range of handmade home accessories, lighting and unique gifts. 

Our emphasis is always on quality solid wood furniture (no mdf, no flat pack!) and smaller gifts and accessories that you won't find anywhere else. Our furniture ranges include mango furniture, sheesham furniture, reclaimed wooden furniture, teak root and monkey pod wood pieces.  Having worked closely with the manufacturers for many years, we have built strong relationships based on loyalty and trust, ensuring that the high quality of our pieces is always maintained. We constantly look to bring in new and exciting pieces making no two visits to our shop ever the same.

Personal level of service - Whether you phone or email with an enquiry, you will only ever speak with Greg, Joy or Rachael. We will keep you updated on your order every step of the way and will always answer any questions you may have. We know it can be difficult when ordreing online so we are happy to give you all the help and information you might need to help you with your decision.

Check, polish and repack - Our manufacturers have excellent quality control systems in place. But on top of this, we personally unpack, check, wax polish and re-pack every item before despatching. This ensures you can be confident your order arrvies as expected. For local deliveries that we do ourselves, we check and wax each piece and deliver without any packaging so we can put the item in place for you.

Unique designs, quality assured - Having built long lasting relationships with our manufacturers, we are able to ensure the same high standard of quality is always maintained, with many pieces being unique to us, based on the wants and needs of our customers.

Fully assembled, no flat pack! - The vast majority of our pieces arrive fully built up so no pesky self assembly is required. In the odd exception where some self assembly is required (such as a dining table) - we would always inform you of this before despatch.

Simple returns - We are confident you will always be pleased with your purchase but in case not, we offer a 7 day return service. Any problems, just let us know.
