Made from solid sheesham hardwood also known as Indian rosewood, this sturdy trunk is fitted with metal strapping and handles on the sides. The metal clasp on the front means it can be locked (padlock not included) if required. Perfect for hiding away the clutter whether it be shoes, blankets, bedding, dvds, toys etc and can even double up as a coffee table. This is the second largest of five sizes we offer this trunk in.
Handmade in Northern India from solid sheesham wood, the Jali furniture collection is very solid, durable with a high quality wax finish to enhance the beautiful grain of the sheesham wood. Many pieces will feature wrought iron handles, corner metal brackets and portcullis ironwork doors which are typical features of Jali furniture. Each piece will be full of character with unique grain patterns in each one.
